Caroline Taylor - Managing Director

Caroline founded Sparkle following a ten year career in marketing and a lively passion for all things comedy. Her marketing and strategic planning background covers agency and client roles for brands including; Fox Kids TV, Columbia Tri-Star, Telstar Entertainment, L’Oreal, Cadbury, United Biscuits, Heinz, Britvic, IPC Magazines and News International. Her experience in comedy includes; delivering award-winning sponsorship campaigns, securing celebrity talent to endorse profile marketing campaigns and producing bespoke comedy content and events for leading agencies and household name brands.

Sparkle’s awards include: Gold for ‘Best Sponsorship Activation’ at the Field Marketing & Brand Experience (FMBE) Awards 2014, the ‘Bronze Special Award for Client Relationships’ at the FMBE Awards 2015 and Finalist for Best Arts & Culture Sponsorship Campaign in Europe’ at the European Sponsorship Awards 2016

Sparkle is resourced by a bespoke team of various production specialists, including event management, account handlers, comedy producers and award-winning broadcast content production specialists. To meet the requirements of each individual brief, we structure a bespoke team, to deliver the relevant skills required.
